Along the way, we will have developed hundreds of homes and apartments, and created living spaces that will have allowed more than 1,000 families to settle in the region and have a decent place to live without breaking the bank.

It all started in 2017. Xavier Gauthier and Vincent Perron, two local guys, bought their first apartment building in Saint-Marc-des-Carrières. No big capital, no magic recipe — just ambition, elbow grease and one firm idea: build clean, durable, well-managed places to live, right here at home in Portneuf.
One building at a time, the portfolio grew between Québec City and Trois-Rivières. In 2019, we took on a major challenge by becoming owners of the legendary Restaurant-Hôtel Le Chavigny. Then, in 2024, we made a big decision: sell our other businesses to focus on one thing — designing, building and managing quality homes and apartments at a fair price.
What has never changed is the way we work: local people, present, who take care of everything and do things right. We design, build and manage everything ourselves, from the first shovel in the ground to the last door handle.
And we’re just getting started. Our goal: to acquire a large number of prime commercial buildings and to develop as many homes and apartments as possible between Québec City and Trois-Rivières. Creating living spaces where local people can settle down and have a decent place to live without breaking the bank. One project, one family at a time.
