EDGO Group is proud to lead a structuring project in the heart of St. Alban, by revitalizing an emblematic building: the old village bar, left abandoned without maintenance for several years.
On this historic site, an integrated project of two residential buildings will be built, totaling 12 dwellings: a 6 x 3 ½ building and another 6 x 4 ½, , stylishly designed to meet the strong demand for quality housing.
This project represents the first multi-unit construction in the municipality in several decades. In addition to improving the rental offer, it will restore access to the community center for citizens, while enhancing the image of the heart of the village thanks to careful architecture that respects its environment.
